I had the best time when i randomly went inside if this place. I was looking too create some labels for my real estate business . I was helped by a young lady named Katrina.......... She was SO HELPFUl and gave me some vital information on how too create my own for FREE.... Katrina service was Excellent, it was nothing less than Class A Service. 2 Thumbs Up . Approved

Great experience today at Fedex! I needed some signs for work printed in a short period of time. I went in to get a quote and ended up completing the order. Andrea and Tobra at the store were excellent. They walked me through the process, answered questions, offered suggestions, and got me exactly what I needed within my budget. I will definitely be going back.

The manager Michelle is honestly not qualified to work here. It took 1 hour to print documents off a usb. I ask for portrait and received landscape. When asking for her to correct her error she printed them off again in landscape. When I asked her to correct them again she talked down to me and gave me attitude. Honestly it would be better if she was fired

The people that work on the weekday evenings are helpful but the people that work on sunday werent at all. I was there for about 30 min. trying to print something. Then the guy says "sir we are closed". So I had to get a refund on my card stock paper and burn gas to go across town. Not very happy! ha ha

I have had packages diverted to this location for years and each time they have called me to let me know they have a package for pickup. Always greeted coming in the door, pleasant experience, and if the package is to heavy for me they offer to carry it out. What an awesome place to deal with.

I just had a horrible experience at a staples in fairfield ca. I usually come here but I was headed to sf and thought I would stop at a place little closer to the city. Big mistake. I appreciate this place so much more after that experience. Everyone is friendly and Im in and out in mins.

The guy (or lady i couldnt tell) that works here is such a joke couldnt give me my package. Ordered car parts with my wifes card and she has the same last name even had receipt and tracking number with multiple ways to prove purchase still denied getting my package of CARPARTS!

Staff didnt want to help when I walked in to print a custom invitation. Then sent me over to the do it yourself printer and said just so you know I cant help you at all on that printer. Both staff members had a horrible attitude. I walked out. Will never do business there

If you know how to use the self-service copy machines, the place is just perfect. Drive by, do your photocopying, drive off. Need your ATM or credit card for automated payment.
