My wife is very upset, The stylist did not do what she was asked. A picture was shown to stylist and mi wife asked her, "can you do this hair style", she replied Yes. After coloring and hair cut, my wife told her "this is not what I showed you" Then the stylist started to giving a bunch of excuses. Very bad experience!!!!

Id say its hit or miss. I have had good and bad experiences here, it just depends on who you get. I was able to schedule a last-minute appointment once and it turned out great! Its not the absolute best Aveda salon Ive ever been to, but I will return in the future. The products they sell are amazing but expensive.

Michael is an amazing stylist. He is talented, skilled, and attentive. I enjoy my regular visits to the salon and always request Michael. I would highly recommend him to my lady friends, especially those trying avant garde styles. He listens to what you want and executes it flawlessly.

I always use Aveda salons and usually receive excellent service, so I was very disappointed with Vicara. Wait time was 90 minutes. Cut was mediocre. Environment was not relaxing with children running around. Not impressed at all. Will not be returning.
