This school used to be amazing. Never had an issue with the quality of service until my last visit. I will NEVER come back and will advise friends and family not to go either. The girl who was working on my hair messed up so bad it looked like she gave up halfway through and it definitely showed. I have since gone elsewhere and gotten my hair fixed as much as was possible. Disappointed with the teacher for letting me walk out looking the way I did after she saw how it looked. Would have gone back to complain had I noticed how bad it was the first day.

This place honestly doesnt even deserve one star. They claim to be handling the seriously extensive bullying situation, but they never do anything about it! Ive never seen such a sickening place where the teachers not only do nothing about all the bullying that occurs right in FRONT of them, but actually JOIN IN and make the victim feel like they are the ones in the wrong! As for the curriculum, forget about it. Its mediocre at best. Dont even bother if you actually want to learn something useful.

I attended this school and graduated in 2009. The school helped place me at a High End Salon in Corona. I learned very well at this school I heard of bad experiences at the other locations of Salon Success but my friends and I that attended this location loved every minute of it. The instructors were very thorough and did very well teaching us the different Hairdressing, Esthetics, and Manicuring. I would recommend this school to anyone. LOVE IT!
