I recently went here for a haircut. The customer service in general was spotty. I received a friendly greeting. The store, however was not well kept. They had a lot of merchandise but a lot of it looked old and dusty. The make up samples were very messy and gross. The nail polish bottles were dusty. When I asked questions about the products I was answered but the person seemed very annoyed by the question. My hairdresser, although licensed, was not great. First, her station was a mess. She was clumsy and knocked down bottles and scissors and towels. I didnt see her take combs or other tools from sanitized holders. I wanted to leave but I thought it might be worse since she was in the middle of my cutting my hair. She was not friendly which is surprising since youd think she would want to make an effort to make me want to come back as a regular client. My only comfort is that it was only $35. A decent price for a quick haircut but I would not recommend this place for quality work. Also, the merchandise is overpriced. For example, they were selling clippers for $50 but you can get the very same item at Target for about $20. And again, who knows how long its been sitting there...
