Husband picked up dry cleaning and had receipt with amount due. They told him it was $4 more. Girl made mistake on the charge for blouse. Husband didnt know any better & paid. Consumer laws protect us for things like this. They should never have even asked him. Then saw, days later, that the blouse was ruined by orange iron marks & black marks. Of course they denied any wrong doing. Dont go here if you want clothes coming back ruined & if you dont want to get shamed with them asking for more money.

i have been given the run around for months. they tell me to deal with the store manager only to learn he cant make the final decision. they lost a jacket in the past.. didnt pursue because it was several years old but now a new pair of jeans and a dress.. they say they have no record... isnt that convenient-to steal items of clothing and say they were never submitted for cleaning. maybe someone could advise me on how to collect./they dont answere their phones..jb
