I had a terrible experience at this location. It is family owned- and the kids sometimes are the only ones in the store. Teenagers- they seem to have a hard time relaying orders effectively with the owner / father who speaks English as a second language. I was very clear and they screwed up my instructions twice! I asked for a stain removal, and they dry cleaned and pressed it instead- effectively locking in the stain. Even though they messed up my order, they still would not give me my money back. I will never go there again.

Been going there for years! They run my wardrobe from fluff and fold to Dry-clean the Black Tie and have never screwed up. With or with-out (customers choice) complete paper documentation. I usually just toss my bag an shout out, "See you in a few days". Whole family is brilliant and speak English fluently. This place is great, people just like to complain.

I never write reviews, but this was too horrible. They lost an item, claimed it was nowhere to be found and I must be mistaken, then found it three weeks later. To their credit, they called me, but then they tried to CHARGE me for the item! Not to mention that they did a crappy job with the stuff they did return. Expensive and poor quality.

Everything was washed to perfection, on-time. Super friendly and helpful staff. We were visiting Venice from San Jose and staying at The Rose, so having this great place available within walking distance was a real help!

Terrible service. Shrunk my curtains and blamed the manufacturer even though Ive had them dry-cleaned many times before (at different drycleaners of course) Would not use this place ever again!!!
