Worst dry cleaners I have ever been to. Honestly, its the only bad dry cleaners Ive ever been to. All others have been great or just fine. We dropped off a suit on Tuesday morning and asked to pick it up Wednesday. The guys said after 6pm on Wednesday would be fine. We showed up around 8 on Wednesday and the pants were done but the jacket wasnt. They hadnt even started it. They said to pick it up Thursday after 4pm. This was a big I convince because we had to have it for Friday morning and we were planning on being gone all day on Thursday. So we changed our Thursday plans for this place. We showed up Thursday at 5:30pm and they still didnt have it done. In fact, they said it was across town! They told us to come back at 630pm. We showed back up around 715pm and finally picked up the suit. They didnt charge us for the jacket, but charged us for the pants. After all of that, they should have swallowed the whole cost. Moral of the story, if you actually need something done by a specific time, DO NOT COUNT ON THEM! Just terrible reliability in my experience. They made it a little better by discounting the price, but it still wasnt on time and we had to change out plans.

OMGoodness, what a great place. Unpacking my favorite linen jacket I found a big wine smear on the sleeve and I needed the jacket for an important meeting the next day. Easy. They took care of the stain and delivered the pressed jacket on time. And they only charged $7, easily a $30 job at other places. Venice Beach Cleaners stand out as competent, efficient and organized. Imagine, on a lazy beach front street in Venice. Just how life should be.
