Im disabled so I need a pickup/wash/fold/delivery service and have beenk using this place for a few months. Yesterday I called to arrange our usual pickup. I was informed that this location does not offer that service ever. I asked the attendant when the change in policy took place and she said she would call me later sometime. What? Ok, this person just doesnt know anything at all about her own job, for some odd reason. I called customer service and the rep was great. He took down all my info about what happened. I was called within about an hour by an attendant/owner/didnt identify herself. She arranged a time for 10:30am to come pickup my laundry. I got up at 8 and arranged the clothes by the door, made sure the blinds were open etc. Been sitting by the door for about five hours now. No show. I waited until after 12 noon to call in. The attendant said the driver was almost here, implying she should be pulling in my driveway at any minute. I cant stand for very long, but I did get up and occasionally look out the window. Theyve been here before several times. Its about a ten minute drive. Now its been another hour since my last call. I see this happen alot in Fresno. Its so sad that these businesses just up and get lazy all of a sudden. Why do they lie and say they are coming when they arent? If something changes they do not call. I have a problem with that. It was a great service, up until they became inconsistent with their past behavior and performance. Now they are too unreliable. I would use their laundry services if I was able to travel there and do it myself, or had anyone that lived near me that I knew could do it for me. Now the pickup and delivery service is just being untruthful and evasive. Im done. I called customer service. They said it is after hours. Friday @ 1:37 pm is after hours now? It wasnt yesterday or any of the previous Fridays. The lady I called twice this morning didnt say anything about that. Man, what a screwed up business. I always paid the bill the day of the service. Never had a problem until yesterday. I had to leave a message with after hours support and tell them to cancel my order. The phone rep said I called the wrong number. I think this whole valley is on drugs, drunk etc. Im not going back here again. Its customer abuse. Straight up. Get your sh** together people. You have fallen far and fast. Whatta shame.

Price is great! Theyve got washers supporting 1 load (10lbs) - 8 loads (80lbs) of laundry. They have free dryers with purchase of using washers. Or you can pay 50cents for their big dryers apx. 15mins. For 40lbs i recommend paying $2. Claim to have free WiFi, however I found it to be password protected. You can break a 20, 10, 5, and 1 dollar bill into quarters. Theyve got a supply shop that kinda pricy with laundry stuff and snacks. Even have a candy machine, arcade games, TV, lotto tv, benches, and folding tables. They are very cleanly. WARNING the timers on the washers arent always accurate, they get stuck on a number for a couple of minutes, but then go down to the right amount.

The dirty bird laundry of Palm and Clinton is severely run down there is watter leaking from machines. The security cameras are covered in spray paint. The bathroom is just scary. This pays need some serious renovations. I only come like once every 3 or so months for my bulky blankets and every time it is worse than the last. Really disappointed, and grose l.

Im new to Fresno and I had asked a couple of co-workers where is a good place to wash clothes since where I live does not have a washer and dryer. All 3 of them suggested this place so obviously I gave it a try and I REALLY like it. It is clean, the employees are super nice and helpful. Plus who doesnt like free drying?!? Keep up the great work!!!

I enjoyed clean and free dryers, but I would recommend bring extra quarters to pay for the big dryers if you have a bunch of clothes, to be considerate of the other people that may need to use the free dryers.

If you drop off your laundry they will turn your white socks and white Ts pink and shrink your clothes. Very unprofessional and will lie to get out of reimbursing you. This place should be put out of business.

They have large washers and it is free to dry. Wash prices are very reasonable. The staff seems to always be there and the help with questions. This is my spot going forward.

Closes at 10 with last wash at 9. Well kept and clean with free Dryers. No hope for the free WiFi though you will get a signal but Good luck loading anything,
