They lose your clothes, then dont even give you the courtesy of returning a phone call. The owner is apparently in Sacramento, and completely ignores any request for customer service. Its not worth saving a few bucks to have them lose your clothes. This business should be run out of town, or have their license yanked. Legally they have to reimburse for losing clothes, but there is no way to enforce that when you cant even track down the owner.

Like the other reviews, I have had nice work pants ruined by them, and they lost the belt to my $150 wool coat that they then refused to compensate me for. Upon returning to the facility to ask if theyd located it (since they dont answer their phone) they showed me two large hangers overflowing with potential belts that theyve accumulated over the years. The customer service was dreadful during this incident.

This Cleaners offers the worst in customer service. Workers are inept little lemmings that do not know how to do their jobs properly - Probably why their prices seem so reasonable. After losing a pair of pants and then ruining two more wool sweaters I can no longer afford to send my clothes here. They were unwilling to compensate me for the loss or damages in a fair and resonable manner.

Brought in a brand new western shirt after having worn once for cleaning. Got it back with a 2 inch diameter hole ripped in it and a tag that said it came in that way. NO, it was damaged by Star Cleaners. One it wasnt torn on drop off and second, why would I get a ruined shirt cleaned if it had been damaged. Complete BS.

I have read the poor service reviews and Ive been coming here for 5 years..the former owner DID lose 18 mens dress Shirts BUT he paid us fairly to re purchase new ones...the girls at the counter are friendly,prompt and kind...the new owner has really improved the space and frankly these reviews are unfair...

A friendly, hard working staff. The owners provide a minimal effort and a minimal product. Id recommend you look elsewhere for your dry cleaning service.
