1) Infants were sometimes unattended; Several times, I happened to pass by the school at prospect ave, I was curious how my son was doing. But when I went in, I noticed that Shirani was the only one there. I heard an infant cried very hard for quite a while unattended, as Shirani was busy with other infants. 2)Childrens faces are very dirty and never cleaned up; My son was dropped off with clean face, but when picking up, his face was messed up with food leftover around his mouth, snivel and dirt around his nose causing rash on his face. Note that this is not just my opinion but also many other parents. 3)Overall management needs improvement; During the shift, all instructions should be delivered to the next teacher. When questioning the afternoon teacher why my son did not have his lunch which was in the fridge as I told his morning teacher. But the afternoon teacher was totally unaware of this who thought his lunch was just the snack in the cubby. 4)Needs to be more professional; People who do not have teaching experience or trained to be teachers should not replace teachers because of those teachers absence; 5)The playground is too small; Not enough space for all kids to play. 6)This school helped my ex to kidnap my son literally from this school by telling him what time I dropped off my son at the school and when he could start kidnapping my son. Which stupid parent would put their kids in this school and let someone kidnap their kids??? 7)Im sure Yelp is going to call this school again weekly to ask this school if they are willing to pay $200 to take off negative reviews again. So, you will see fake reviews on that site.

Amazing experience at Playhouse. We all adore Shirani, she really knows how to run her school. Very calm and peaceful locale, and the teachers were lovely. We will miss you PLAYHOUSE!!
