If I could give "-1" review, I would. They are liars and overcharge clients. 1. Purple tie dry cleaning claims that "We bring back your completed order the next business day." Thats a first lie. In fact - they will hold your order for weeks! You wont see your clothes for weeks. 2. They will return your clothes all crumpled, cow chewing style. No explanations offered. 3. They will overcharge you - regular dry cleaning service charges 2-3 times less. But they claim on their website: "you don’t pay more.". Thats second lie. Will not recommend purple tie dry cleaning to friends and family under any circumstances.

LOVE Purple Tie - been going to them for years and years - never a mix up - costs the same as my local drycleaner, except that I dont have to take my stuff anywhere or pickup - often with 2 kids in tow Just put the stuff on your porch and it is ready the next day - in hand or on your porch (your decision) LOVE LOVE LOVE them, canNOT recommend them highly enough!

They are very courteous, friendly and efficient over here at PurpleTie. They dont overcharge and they have your clothing ready on time. Theres also a Starbucks next door that you can grab a coffee at if thats your thing. However, since the Starbucks came in, not too long ago, parking has been difficult.
