Nice job. I like this place, I take all of my work clothes here and they do an excellent job. I feel like they care whether your clothes come out good or not and they do a great job cause they care. They have been in business for a long time and they have some seriously loyal customers here. I will stay with them as long as I live in Federal Way. I appreciate how friendly and professional they are, and they work overtime on stains to get things good as new. Once I brought in a pair of pants marred by tar after biking on a newly paved road. Just a few days and all clean like magic. I thought those pants were toast for sure. I find this place a little gem in the neighborhood.

After picking up a dozen or so articles of clothing from Crystal Cleaners, including two suits, I got home to find a pair of suit pants missing. It took me a few days to make it back to recover my pants only to be confronted by a unsympathetic and angry lady manning the counter. Not only would she not take an iota of responsibility for losing my pants, she refused to even spend a minute of time looking for them. Normally I dont write internet reviews, but seeing how I found this place through Google Maps, I thought it only fair to warn off prospective customers from Crystal Cleaners... Especially since Im out a fairly nice suit and a good amount of my time.

I have been using this cleaner for two years now and have never had a problem with something ruined or lost. They are very kind people and go out of their way to give that extra bit of service that makes a great relationship. They will even replace your buttons if they are missing or cracked without your request (my buttons were cracked because of my previous dry cleaners), and the greatest thing is that they dont even charge more. They replaced my buttons for free! They do a great job cleaning, all spots removed along with dirty collars, etc. Highly recommended if you live in the area.

Decided to try this place after reading the good reviews and I am sure glad that I did. It is my go-to cleaners now. They are friendly and meticulous in their work and it is conveniently located in the Ross Plaza. I was particularly impressed with all my shirts. They came back pressed nicely and didnt have any extra annoying creases. Thank you Crystal Cleaners!

the guy here is rude and disrespectful I was pulling into parking spot to use their bussiness not the dol next door he came running out yelling fir me to leave that dol I across street.then I saw he had numchucks in back pocket. he assumed alot and was rude about it. I will never ever use this bussiness.

I drop off clothes here at least once a week and my clothes are always beautifully cleaned. They really take care of all the details and I can depend on them for my designer clothes. Very nice people and in a convenient location. I just drop by on my way to I-5.

Had a wedding to go to and needed a quick job on my suit, turned it in Thursday at 230, had it done 430 next day 23 bucks for jacket pants and shirt, supper friendly, all star performance
