If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I brought a very expensive BCBG dress in for my girlfriend to have cleaned on a same day service. I specifically showed them where each stain was on the dress and they marked them with some red masking tape. I showed back up at 4:30 to pick the dress up. It was in EXACTLY the same condition as when I dropped it off. All of the noted stains were still in the dress. At that time I refused to pay for the dry cleaning and they would not give me the dress until I did. They said the "dont guarantee" that they can get any garment clean. This is completely unacceptable, they were rude. And to top it all off they gave me a phone number to call their manager. The number was to the person I had spoken to not 15 minutes prior. Avoid Rainbow Cleaners at all costs.

They advertise same day service on the door, they dont have it. They ship everything out to some other company who does it for them... like most dry cleaners in this city. They have also sent me back two different shirts on different occasions with STAINS on them!!!!!! I let it slide the first time because of the convenient location but I will not be going back again. This place is awful. How is it so hard to find a good in this town????

The employee working here weighed my clothes, quoted me a price and I agreed. I came the next day and he increased the price 20% due to his scale being incorrect. He held my clothes hostage until I paid extra. Very shady, not worth your time.
