I took my classic 1993 Winnebago Warrior to Luis Auto Repair to have the air conditioning repaired. When I picked it up a week later I was charged and paid for work done, however it was explained that more work needed to be done to make it work. While driving home I noticed marks in the upholstery of the passenger captains chair. I turned around and went back to confront Luis the owner and he said; "I think maybe I know what happened. Maybe my dog got in and did the damage." Both captains chairs and the rug were chewed on as well. The sunshade for the windshield was also chewed on. The interior was all original and in pristine condition when I brought it in. He let his dog use my RV for its dog house! He offered to have it fixed by someone he knew. I explained to him that I would have the damage repaired by someone of my choosing and bring him the bill. He did agree to that. As you can see, the captain chairs have been repaired. I presented the owner Luis with an estimate of repairs and he wrote me a check on the spot. He apologized to me for not taking care of my property, while in his possession and explained that it was a mistake. Because of his honesty and attention to detail I have altered my original rating. I wish to thank Luis for his professionalism. ~DUG

I was on vacation 2000 miles away from home when my jeep started making a metel rubbing on metel sound. I called luis auto and they said to bring our jeep in. Come to find out our brakes were bad and they fixed them within 2 hours at a low price. Plus they changed our oil. I would definitely recommend you go there to get repairs done.
