Service was good, customer service was good. But doing the job right not good. I got it done 3/25/2010 and it was good service. But the person did the job 3 1/2 hours but did a bad job. MY wife was telling me I hear air coming in a couple days ago. Ive observe and listen I hear it. I thought it was cuz nmaybe window is on or something. anyways to make it short. Ive called them and ask . That there air coming in and ask if they can pix it. We leave about 40 miles away. We went there cuz at the time it was closer to my wifes work, The only ws they can fix it is if we have the timme to go there. MY wife and I dont have time and we wernt the one who didnt do the right job. So ive ask anybody out there who pay people to get the job done and they made a mistake . Should we be the one who has to hastle to get it fix or they should for good future recomendation? the guy said only if we have time to bring it to them they can take a look. First safety first , second we didnt make mistake. so WE r planing to go else were for good safety and more realiable compant who cares

Unfortunately a chip appeared on my windshield one day, so I knew I had to get it taken care of before it spread and required an entire windshield replacement. I called in the morning on a weekday and they told me to just come anytime before 4:30pm. They quoted $40, which was cheaper than other places, so I came in and dropped off my car. As the name said, I was in and out in 35 minutes. While I was waiting, I went to explore the Bevmo and a farmers market nearby. Other than that, there isnt really anything interesting in this neighborhood as it is very industrial / commercial. The crack looks great now! Its still a little visible but at least it isnt spreading.

I dropped in a week ago, just to price check the cost a new windshield -- the gentlemen said that they didnt have my Infiniti windshield at their location, but that they could get it there within 20min from another one of their locations and they did ... my out of pocket cost was quoted as $273, which was EXCELLENT, but as it turns out my deductible was less ... he said the work would be completed in 2hrs and they finished in less time than that ... their waiting room was CLEAN, MODERN and had FREE WIFI for my Ipad!! The whole experience was extremely positive ... I would recommend them to EVERYONE. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE GREAT WORK IN & OUT AUTO GLASS!!

I first called Ajax Auto Dismantlers to get a window for my car, but upon my arrival they realized they didnt have it. They recommended In and Out, but gave me the wrong street address and I was unable to find it. I called the shop back, got the phone number, and called In and Out to ask about the glass. Ajax had quoted the price at $30 dollars for the used piece of glass they didnt have, and told me that In and Out with sell it for $40. When I called In and Out, they quoted the price at $65, but upon stating my reference they dropped the price to $40 dollars. It was very nice of them to do that, and I am very satisfied with my new window!

Had a lot of problems with another auto glass repair place promising to repair my passenger side window after taking off time from work and taking my car in 3 times. So I decided to call this place, had my window in stock and they could install it that day. This place was very welcoming and professional, was 10 minutes away, nice waiting area and the job got done. Highly recommend this place! This place does not offer appointments, so it is first come first serve. Almost forgot, they quoted $23.00 less for the glass than the other place.

My 2016 Prius had cracked windshield. I shopped online and decided In & Out. Preordered OEM from dealer by the shop. Scheduled the job on Saturday morning. I was notified that weekend was not common for windshield replacement but would accommodated for my schedule, Great! The worked started at 8am and finished around 10:30am. The job was on May 13. The job was done well except the Prius front bumper was scratched. I asked the shop to polish the scratch marks but was told that the mark was too deep. So 4/5 stars.

Friendly services, and they are open on Sunday.! I got an online quote a week prior to my visit. The staff was very nice and friendly. The estimated time for repairing my window was around 3 hours. He said I could wait in the customer waiting room. Yet I decided to walk out to eat at a one of the nearby fast food restaurants, and shopped at Lowes. The factory is located at a good location, in my opinion.

They had the Corvette windshield in stock. I went in quickly and they had it in within the quoted 3 hours. They emailed the quote to me within minutes. I was really pleased with the shop. They have a really nice shop and waiting room. Great service and friendly staff. Highest recommendation if you have a broken window on a car or truck and want a very reasonable price.

This place is amazing. My rear passenger window was shattered from a break-in. I called when they opened at 8am and they said I could come in right away, and they vacuumed the glass and replaced the window in 45 minutes flat for $128 including tax. Plus incredibly nice service and a waiting room with couches and coffee/tea. I highly, highly recommend.

Quick friendly service. They have a great stock of glass on hand so they can meet your needs. I needed two windows today due to thieves breaking in at our downtown hotel. Within four hours of discovering the damage, we were back on the road, and 30 minutes of that was driving across town them. (Your mileage may vary.) Very happy customers!

Having your window bashed out by a thief sucks! And so when we need to get a window replaced, you want to deal with friendly folks who can offer to get the job done at a VERY reasonable price. Thats why I went with In & Out. Great service with a smile..and they have internet to use while you wait! Highly recommended.

This place is great. Dont waste your time or money at the national brand glass replacement. These guys had the glass I needed for a 10 year old back window in stock and replaced it the same day. The two national brands I shopped were twice as expensive and couldnt do it for two weeks.

This place gets busy so come here easily in the morning. I needed my windshield replaced and called ahead for quote and verify it was in stock. The people here are friendly and will answer all your questions. There waiting room is fairly new but theres not a ton of seating. .

Great service, fast and a great waiting room with free Wi-Fi. Highly recommend it. After my car was broken into with shattered glass everywhere. Having the window installed rapidly and all the glass cleaned was a good ending to bad beginning.
