My online order wasnt ready when I came in 30 minutes after my pick up time. When the assistant told me it wasnt ready she didnt apologize or tell me when it would be ready, instead she angrily walked away to the computer to check my order only to tell me that the images I wanted printed were copywritten so she couldnt complete the order... I shouldve been notified that my order was going to be cancelled before wasting my time and dealing with terrible customer service. Dont waste your time here like I did.

When I attempted to ask if they offered international phone services, the associate would not let me finish asking the question properly cutting me off when I spoke. He assumed I wanted to borrow the phone to make a phone call, he said he had to ask his boss. He returned saying my boss said he couldnt let me use it. I had to explain to him that I wasnt trying to borrow the phone I was trying to ask if they offered the services he was very rude lacks a lot of costumer service or maybe hes just a bit races.

We ship a LOT of packages. On the rare opportunity that I must use this location for a drop off (pre-printed labels), I know to give myself plenty of extra time. Today was no exception! 15 min to even be noticed while staff caught up on the latest gossip, or walked right by you to chat with a nearby associate without even a hello. I recommend saving yourself some time and hitting Office Max or another shipping location.

I took a package in to ship, and the guy behind the counter insisted on opening the package. He said I need to repackage my items in order for him to ship the box. I told him to give me the box back. I took it to Fedex in Corona and the clerk simply shipped the package. I will use the Corona Fedex from now on.

Ive literally been standing at the counter for over ten minutes and havent even been acknowledged. It seems theres only one employee here. Im the only person in line. Someone is waiting for help at the photo station and I *think* the employee is helping someone at the printer/ work station...

In and out! The manager let me borrow the dolly with no problem. Hauled my boxes from the vehicle inside and they scanned them immediately. Im always on the phone and working, at the sametime, so I appreciate when places can operate while Im talking on the phone. Time is money baby!

I called in before going there and asked if they had any full sheet label so I can print some. They told me its in stock, but turns out it wasnt when I actually went. Its amazing how they cant even do such simple task right, making me waste time and gas for going there.

NO BATHROOMS so your ability to do work here will be limited by the capacity of your bladder. This is a full size Kinkos with all of the equipment you come here for. Everything was working. The only employee present was friendly and pleasant.

I had a great experience here,I read the reviews and thought something was gonna go wrong. It was the complete opposite,the workers were very knowledgeable. They helped me ship my package,I loved it. Hope everyone gets this experience.

This place is very hit or miss for me. Sometimes I get someone ready to help me out with everything. Other times I can go in there, not talk to anyone, and just hear them blabbing on about their boyfriends.

SLOW! There was one person ahead of me and I was still in there for half an hour to ship one package. The girl who helped me wasnt unpleasant but Im guessing she was on some kind of sedative.
