Had a super bad experience in this store. Im making a purchase two of my credit cards got decline knowing theres more then enough funds in both cards, then the sales associate tells me to check my online bank to see if it went through and what do you know it does and when the store manger keeps insisting that it didnt went though i get on the phone with both banks and they let me know that they are not pending they went actually through he refuses to give me my money back. Then the store manager calls me saying that he reported the incident to HQ and they advice him that they are going to decided weather to charge me twice for for a service that wasnt provided . when back the next day and got my Three hundred dollars back. BEWARE !!! I SWEAR YOUR BETTER OFF PAYING CASH !

These post/ blogs are obviously from friends and relatives. Robert, the "manager" has poor customer service skills. He is not attentive, he is not cordial. He is anything but that. It depends on his mood whether or not he will be courteous. This store/crew (store #1260) always appear to be overwelmed and frustrated and he is "the ring leader" of this frustration. Also, there is a heavy set hispanic looking girl with glasses that is extremely rude and acts as if she hates her job. #staff need to act like they love their job or at least pretend

Since having my PO box here for the past year the store has been broken in no less than 4 times, of which a couple of certified letters and some packages of mine were stolen along with quite a few others. So for now only the mail I dont care about goes there, and I have packages sent to my house even if I have to play the game of scheduling / rescheduling pickups as its far better to have to do that than have lost an important package or letter. The employees are nice enough, but honestly they need to implement some decent security.

Worst customer service ever...no one is polite enough here. Do you guys hate your job? Because there are plenty of people who would love to replace you. Theres maybe one girl that I have seen so far that pays her manners, with a hello and have a nice night. Everyone else needs some more customer service training. I never see any smiles. If Im having a bad day, they sure would do a good job at making it worse. Their motto. Smile then ILL SMILE. Its not how it works.

This notary does not know what she is doing! I came in here for oath of office forms that needed to be notarized and she did not know what to do. When I proceeded to tell her what steps to do in order to notarize the forms, she immediately told me I was wrong. I am also a notary public and how dare she tell me that my recommendation is not the right way to do it. I am never coming back here again!!!

I have no complaints... they have always been nice to me. The service is as good as it gets anywhere (realistically). They have rush hours like anyone else when you might have to wait a little longer, but its a small store and still I have always been treated courteously.

Nice employees is right, one of the best UPS places ive ever used. They have had a lot of brake ins but theres steel doors in the back and a cage in the front even if they add sandbags and steel plates over the windows, someone wants in bad enough there gonna get in lol

I have sent tons of mailed mail for business sales on ebay and for family always gets there on time never had any problems at all.... so far best ups store around here.... employees on other stores are not as nice as here the nicest ones here super helpfulll
