Made an online appt on May 1st. Recieved an email confirmation the next day. I arrived at Sears Auto at 8 am. Two people were already waiting outside the door. As Im getting out of the car the doors open and the two people go inside. Once inside the sales rep is already helping someone. Its now 815 and he calls the next person in line. He asks her if she has an appt and she days no, that she called in the day prior and they told her they do walk ins. That person needed an oil change as well. Its 825 and then sales rep calls me over. I tell him I have an 8am appt he takes my info and says youll be next. Once we finish the other person ahead of you well get to your car. Please let me know why walk ins are taken prior to appts. Its 850 and my car is JUST going inside the shop. I made the online appt for convenience so I can schedule my morning. Now I am missing my dentist appt which is at 9am (which I will have to reschedule a month out). I look forward to hearing back from you.

DO NOT GO THERE! Manager Steve was very rude when I called but I still brought in my vehicle. He was not apologetic and continued to be rude. I waited over 15 minutes just to get to the counter. He did not acknowledge me or say anything why I was waiting. when asked for bosses number he refused and told to look it up. I asked him again and he got on the internet on his phone and gave me sears shopping number. I found out when I called. He was in my car with the door shut. The door has to be shut to get information and odometer reading. I told him he gave me the wrong number and refused to give any number. I closed the door so he cant read the screen (the door ajar) pops up and cant read the screen. He opened the door and told he wont service my vehicle because I shut the door on him and walked away. I attempted to call complaints and they referred me back to manager steve. Terrible experience. Its not worth the long wait and bad attitudes.

They do decent work and dont upsell, but the wait times are ridiculous. I came in yesterday for an oil change and was told it would take three hours to get to me and that if I made an appointment for the next morning, theyd have me out of here in an hour. Ive been here for an hour now and theyve only begun to work on my car. I dont recommend this location because they clearly have no respect for their customers time. There are only 4 other cars in the garage right now, lots of people working (walking) and moving around slowly. These are workers just trying to run out the clock on their shifts, no hustle, no time sensitivity. If I wanted to wait more than an hour for an oil change, Id go to the dealership. I wont be back

If you want to be treated poorly come to this Riverside Sears Auto Center. I am going to buy my next set of tires somewhere else. Yes, I am tired of them harassing me for services and products I dont need. My veteran mechanic routinely refutes what Sears recommends. Be it alignments or brake work... my mechanic says everything is okay with my car while the "sales staff" at Sears only wants to empty my skinny wallet. Yes, I have had other bad experiences at this Riverside, California Sears. I heartily recommend that you go somewhere else for "honest" auto service unless you like paying more for stuff that you dont need.

The Sears Auto Center in Riverside has High Quality Work, Reasonable Prices including price match, and best of all-Great Service. I travel a lot for work but make a point to come to this Auto Center because of the outstanding service that I recieve from the Employees there. I usually get service from Steve or Lois who are both Fantastic but everyone there has been very friendly. I would recommend this Auto Center to anyone.

Did a good job fixing my car but the wait was much longer than implied or projected. The extra long wait has happened before; this was a second chance because I like the work they do here. Fantastic Auto Center manager, too.

They are really slow and keep you waiting in line a lot. Sometimes they only have 1 person attending people and end up waiting 10+ minutes even with an appointment.
