FlexCare has been a wonderful agency to work with for travel assignments. My sister and I decided to be a travel team just about a year ago. After our first assignment, we decided to switch companies and work with FlexCare. We are both so grateful we did! Our recruiter, Kristi Zimmerman, is exceptional! She has outstanding communication- From our first conversations, she offers clear communication, and is willing to explain, every step of the way. After accepting positions, she checks in just to make sure everything with the assignment and transition is going smoothly. If there are any questions or concerns, she is quick to respond. We really enjoy how FlexCare provides a glimpse at the assignments available- The information sheet will describe the hospital, hours/shifts, length of weeks the contract is, and pay package. This allows you do research on the hospital and the location to consider if this will be an appropriate fit. If not desirable for whatever reason, Kristi will be working hard to look for other alternatives. I have to think being a travel team comes with its certain challenges, but Kristi has really been wonderful to work with. My sister and I are so appreciative to work alongside someone with great communication, patience, honesty, and determined to find us assignments we will enjoy. Thank you, to Kristi and to FlexCare. This past year has been so memorable for my sister and me.

Flex Care was the first agency I worked with when starting traveling & I am very happy that they were. My recruiter Chelsea Troxell & the Flex Care family were very professional, present & attentive for all of my questions, concerns and requests. Being that I was new to traveling, Chelsea was GREAT about explaining everything and breaking it down for me to understand, from my profile, to tests, compliance, pay, etc. Making sure to route me to right people for certain things and touching base with me to make sure things got handled. Chelsea is also very accessible and prompt to respond by email, phone & text which is a HUGE deal for us travelers. I love that Flex Care is open about their opportunities, but does not pass judgement if you decide to look elsewhere. Chelsea has been amazing in continuing to check on me throughout my current assignment and discuss plans for my next assignment even though I am currently working for another agency at this time. I am looking forward to taking another assignment with Flex Care and continuing my travel journey with them!

As a new travel nurse, I knew I needed an established, reputable company. FlexCare Medical Staffing was my number one choice from the beginning since all my friends have used this company for a while. My recruiter, Kevin Babcock has been wonderful! He listens to every little detail, offers advices and literally guides me throughout the whole process that can be overwhelming! From the moment I was looking for assignments, to getting an interview, to getting the job, to finding places to stay and completing the requirements for the facility, Kevin has been on top of it! Hes easy to contact, responds almost immediately, does check-ins, knows a lot of resources and remembers even little details about you. Hes also very realistic and professional in his approach, which I really admire! I never felt rushed or misinformed. I sometimes wonder if the guy sleeps at all! Flexcare has been a pretty decent travel company to work with. I feel the pay is decent and generally higher than other companies. I have been with them for almost a year and feel they arent too pushy to have me make any decisions. Jennifer W has been great at communicating in a timely manner on any questions or concerns I have had. I feel she tries her best to make me happy and if she doesnt know the answer, she will redirect me to the right person. I do feel I have had to represent myself a lot and work a little harder to get certain things I want, but it could be the hospital I am working for currently. I feel flexcare is slightly lacking in showing nursing appreciation. Other companies I have worked for have sent out very nice gifts and bonuses for working with them.

I have had a great experience with FlexCare and my recruiter Marlette Nunez. At the time of my assignment search I had a few other recruiters searching for jobs for me also. Marlette was the only one who called me with updates instead of emails or texts which was so helpful. When I finally signed a contract with FlexCare, Marlette stayed on the phone with me for over an hour to explain each item I was signing which was so helpful when navigating legal documents. The time and attention she gives to her RNs is really exceptional. I would recommend her to any nurse looking for assignments in the U.S.!!

Chelsea Troxell has been my recruiter at Flexcare, and throughout the entire process she has been amazingly on top of things. If I dont have an answer, she can find it. She even gave me contact numbers to reach her after close of business. She tailored my contracts to what I wanted/needed, and provided assistance with choosing the best plan of action.
