Theres always a barrier for me to use a computer. I came in on Friday around 11.30 am and staff were having a meeting so I couldnt use a computer. I came in several other times and Im not able to use a computer for self sufficient. If they are really for the people why is their always a barrier to use the computers, fax machines, and etc!!! This place is wasting government funding and are not running this place like they should!!! Staff are more concern is making their paycheck instead of really helping the people

Its cool but they need more out-going motivation. Maybe if they had some help from the North Highlands community theyd see some true RED WHITE N BLUE service :D idk but yea they Helped me refine a resume and reach a stepping stone in a months time.

Staff members are passive and seem more interested in collecting their own paychecks than genuinely helping you get one of your own. At least the resources are up to par.
