Short Version: Do NOT work for VForce. Do NOT hire VForce for your Staffing solutions. Long Version: Strike 1.. I applied to Vforce at the beginning of the year for a management position. I drove 1 hour to Tracy to interview at a toy warehouse with the Area Manager. The Area Manager was exited to have me there to interview. He wanted me to interview with the client but the client was out of the office. My interview was on a Friday. The Area Manager tells me he would follow up on Monday with me to inform me about an interview time with the client once he speaks to the client Monday morning. Come Monday, apparently the Area Manager was out sick. Nobody in the office could help me. I told office staff I was supposed to be scheduled for an interview with the client but they told me the Area Manager had to help me with that but he was out sick and didnt know when he would be back. I called the office daily to check if the Area Manager had made it back yet to see when and what time my interview with the client was set up for. By the end of the week, the office staff informed me the position was filled. Strike 2... Here we are a few months down the line. The same position becomes available. I apply again. This time I am set to interview in the Modesto office. I show up at the office in Modesto and spend nearly 30 minutes filling out an application. After filling it out I sat in their lobby. From the lobby one can look around and see the main office which has glass walls. Anyone in the lobby could easily see inside the office. I saw the Area Manager and another man. After the front desk gal ran the application inside the office the man standing next to the Area Manager walked out, walked up to me and told me I would not be interviewing with the Area Manager because he had to take a conference call. He also told me the Area Manager would call me to reschedule. Month went by and I never received a call.... Strike 3.... Around June the job was posted a 3rd time. However, the same job was included as part of a job fair. This time my wife wanted to also apply. She has warehouse supervisory experience. We both drove down to Tracy and applied in person. We were told by the office the On Site Managers for the Toy warehouse in Tracy would reach out to me and and my wife for interview times. I was told this would happen within within two to four days. My wife and I waited no call. I called the office contact. I advised her we had no calls from the On Site Managers. She reached out to the on site managers again and told me they would reach out within a day. A day went by. Nothing. Tired of the mind games this company had played up to this point. I called the office and advised them to take both my wife and I off their lists. This is just as bad as another agency I rated located in Salida/Modesto. Stay away from this agency if youre looking for work. They are sloppy. Employers/Clients should steer clear from using this agency. They conduct shady business and questionable hiring practices. Will never apply to this agency again. Not worth the hassle.

I had my phone stolen and knew who stole it When i went in to speak to someone named terry although he was more helpful then most he directed me to some old lady who sits in the front she laughed over the radio were i have it recorded (myfriendsphone) and obviously she thought it was funny that i got my phone stolen were she proceeded to down talk me when i asked her why she thought it was funny to laugh that i had my phone stolen by a employee obviously she has no work ethic and lack of being a professional This isnt a joke i will be contacting the better buisness burror, corporate and who ever i need to contact to address this situation. I will post the video on social media if i need to. Very unprofessional.

I only worked for this agency 1 day of last week and some how they didnt have me in the system and couldnt pay me after I quit , SMH how am I not in the system if Im supposed to be in it the minute I apply and get sent to work . Hope that when I walk in there today theyll have my cash ready

Ive been sighned to vforce for almost 8 months now and theyve managed to find me employment for 1 day, yes only one day out of 239. completely waste of time staff seem overwhelmed most the time it seems their running something they cannot manage. complete fail. Zero stars no doubt!!
