Craig Glick was the recruiter that handled my resume. He was unprofessional and disrespectful during the entire process. Craig, had a position for a company and gave me only a 12 hour window to complete a recorded online interview. I was unable to fulfill this, and let him know. I apologized for the inconvenience Ive caused and for his time; he responded with a disrespectful tone saying Dissapointed...you shouldnt have said yes. I reply again saying Im sorry. He replies saying that this is the real world. Not once was he understanding of my situation or my well-being. He ended the conversation with Grow Up. I did nothing but apologize and show respect. Craig Glick is not the recruiter you want, he looks out for himself before you; and when going through a recruiting agency, youd expect someone handling your resume and potential future, show some respect and understanding to you and your situation.

This agency is by far the worst I have ever experienced! They are not organized what so ever when it comes to job assignments. I got sent to an assignment and noone was aware of my start time not even the person I was told to report too. They told me to contact my temp agency because they werent aware. So I was sent home because of that and because the temp agency overstaffed people on that assignment. So I was asked if I could come back the next day from temp agency. I made sure I asked if the assignment was fulltime just to verify once again and I was told yes. They sec time I went I asked the manager myself if that was the case, he told me no and they are on call with temps and is not sure why the temp agency would be giving out false information. So that next morning I got a call from the temp agency saying not to show up because I wasnt a good fit for the position.

I started with the New Adecco, and they were good. Yet like all companies, you have a few not so good employees,(recruiter) biased is the word. Your look, your stability, your experience and background didnt matter. ? You were not getting the jobs...... I have worked with this company as a employee in the past and yes I will apply when I need to go back to work, they are a good company and the perks are good, Jobs for the most part professional, and usually 40 hrs. are required. I like this company and the management, recruiters I worked under...for the most part, they were real. I dont know about now. Maybe they should hire a few real people. Adecco has told me and placed my pay rate for a job in writing and then after two weeks on a job they lowered my pay rate $3.00 less without placing anything in writing. They also deducted money out of my payroll check by mistake which I have emails and this was never returned. I am in process of working with the labor board to get this corrected. The customer service and the competence in this branch is ridiculous and needs to be looked at. I have not had this many issues at the other branches.

Adecco filled my job order for 4 hard to find positions VERY quickly. They also give their temps full benefits for a VERY affordable rate which make for happier employees in my plant and office! Thank you Adecco!!!
