The people in the office are nice but they do not know what they are talking about I just spent an hour on hold for the operator to tell me that everything I was doing was wrong and if they werent going to help me these people do not care about you or your family they will f*** you over every chance they get youre better off going to Olympia thats where Im going tomorrow

I was told to learn to read English. I was mocked by employees and threatened by the manager. Unsafe, unfriendly. I needed help and got the opposite of help.
