We chose CW designs on a neighborhood recommendation. Multiple meetings lead up to the actual installation. Everyone along the way was nice and professional and the contract was straight forward. The first consult drew up a plan for our patio cover. The 2nd meeting had all the measurements and details confirmed. Drawing and measurements taken, we were a tad disappointed at a cpl of mistakes. An outlet placed in the wrong spot and a downspout aimed the wrong way, lack of a finishing where the end meets our roofline. Nothing too major but a little disappointing. When these slight mistakes were brought to the attention of the installers, there seemed to be little regret or interest in making them right. Overall it was a decent experience and our patio cover is beautiful. Definitely room for improvement but overall it was ok.

His team of builders are all very courteous and always on time. They completed the patio covers on time and cleaned up after themselves every time.
