The women here are lovely and hard workers. I recently moved to the neighborhood after living in Manhattan for 8 years, and these cleaners are just as good as my cleaners back in NYC. After trying out "Golden Gate Cleaners" one block over, I got fed up with the owner constantly yelling at me and saying he couldnt clean certain items because he didnt want to spend the time cleaning them (they were two blankets that had pills all over them and needed to be dry cleaned and de-pilled). I went to Mercury Cleaners and they actually greeted me when I walked in, and have been very nice to me and my puppy. Theyve never turned down anything Ive asked of them, and are up front about timing and pricing. I recently asked them to do an alteration on an outfit that I needed for a wedding, and they did it for me overnight, with no extra charge.

Have been here a few times to take advantage of the 24 hour cleaning, but every time has been a disaster. Theyve lost shirts a few times and even argued with me before looking again and finally finding them. They tried giving me someone elses clothing, and write your name in sharpie on your clothes instead of using tags/other forms of ID. Rude customer service, and a few times have overcharged. Will never come back.

I have used this cleaner a few times; however, every dress shirt I have taken there has needed work after I picked it up. More than half of my shirts have needed to have buttons replaced because the heat they use is too hot and breaks them. I usually have about 30 dress shirts cleaned at a time and they have ruined many of them. I would never recommend them to anyone!

This is one of the only dry cleaners downtown and yet I have a very bad experience. I brought in a few dress shirts, each had cost me a couple hundred dollars, and they actually wrote my last name ON THE SHIRT (not even the tag) with a permanent marker. Will never go back.

The classic neon signage brought me in.. The service excellent. I forget her name but she is the owner and is there everyday except Sundays.. I can count on my dry cleaning to be spotless and perfectly pressed! #crisp

SCAM - BEWARE. The item I dropped off for cleaning was not actually cleaned - Came back dusty and smelling of BO. Also, too expensive ($16 for the aforementioned cleaning).

Have been going here about 8 months. Always fast service on cleaning and very friendly staff. Owner always remembers my name. Highly recommended.
