They destroyed one of two blazers which needed to be dry-cleaned. Instead, one of the blazers was iron on the surface with too much heat. This process destroyed the original creases of the blazer and lining dangles from the back and sides of the blazer. The entire shape of the collar has no shape and part of the blazer collar stands up. The blazer is completely destroyed. The press and starch service is also questionable. Its better for you to dry clean your clothing at home, Iron or go somewhere else. Avoid this location.

I have used a Cleaners Services for over 60 years, having lived in over 60 locations in Ca. The owners and staff at Lathrop Cleaners are the Best I mean the Best!!! I am also aware they sold the the business to other Owners a while back and are now back to provide a 5 Star service....Kudos, Ron
