I was surprised to see any bad reviews at all! I have gone to this cleaners since my 30 something children were little. When I want THE best dry cleaning job, I go here. I have always had decent customer service, although that can certainly change as employees come & go. I take my coats & husbands suits here.I just sent my daughter-in-law here to preserve her wedding dress. If I dont care if something gets ruined, I take it to the 99 cent or $1.75 places. When I want the best, I go to I.R.S. Cleaners.

Not the Best service. the employees were being very rude. The clothing I brought in was returned all crumpled up. I do not recommend this cleaners.
