I was a customer for 7 years. I would regularly take my coats in for cleaning so when I decided to expand my business with them, I had no concerns. I decided to take some pricey items to them to clean and press, including an expensive blouse I bought. To my surprise upon picking up my items, my expensive blouse had a big cut on the sleeve and no one mentioned it to me. I noticed it when I unpacked it to put away. I immediately called them to let them know hoping they would work with me on fixing the blouse. BOY WAS I WRONG! I initially spoke with the owner/manager, Caroline, and she suggested to cut off the sleeves myself. I advised her that the blouse was a professional work blouse and I needed it for work. She asked me to bring the blouse in to look at it, which I did. I dropped it off with another person there because she "couldnt meet me to discuss it." I left it with the request for her to call me back. She did. When she called me she acknowledged that the cut appeared that it was sliced and likely done during cleaning, but still insisted in cutting off the sleeves. She suggested to patch it up. Being a crisp white blouse, I told her a patch would be too visible where its located. She agreed to look into it and call me back. 2.5 months later.....IM STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK!!! Ive left countless call backs and have stopped by to talk with her....and NOTHING. Now, it appears my calls go to voicemail. Really??? How does a cleaning business not take calls? Or is she now avoiding me? I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. Ive lost an $80 blouse and the $8.50 she charged me to clean it. She wouldnt even refund me the cleaning fee. This place has bad business practices and is not accountable to its customers to correct their mistakes.

Excellent alterations. I would even say best in Sacramento, at least the ones I have tried which are quite a bit. My clothes are always tailored to perfections. No crooked hems, or uneven legs, or any of that amateur work. In other words, clothes look as good or better than they came out of the factory. I highly recommend checking them out. I would write a text book describing the service if I wasnt pressed on time.

Honestly this cleaner is pretty good. Ive brought in some very tough stains. Recently I drizzled some wine on my silk blouse. It came back perfect. Once I sat in gum. That also came out perfect. Its hard to find a good cleaner. Most can clean the basic things but I hate getting back my clothes with stains. Im glad I followed the previous reviews and wasnt let down.

I recently brought in my bridesmaids dress. It was a little long and very big on me. They altered it and made it perfect. Perfect length. It fit like a glove. It wasnt cheap but i think it was fair considering the work being done. I would use them again for alterations and highly recommend them.

I needed the hem finished on my suite and drycleaned and ironed for the next day. They did it all perfectly with no problem. They even let me in after they were supposed to be closed. Im a happy camper :)

The only cleaner in Sacramento I trust. They do a very good job on my clothes but dont charge too much. Also good for alterations when Ive needed it.

After having numerous buttons cracked and broken and not replaced I had to stop going going there. Too bad because this place was very convenient.
