UPDATE: Dress shirt ruined with stains of machine grease. Staff never apologized, and did little to fix the issue. Never offered to replace the shirt (that is still stained). I understand that accidents happen, but if you dont take responsibility for your mistake or actions in this economy, customers go elsewhere. Fixing the stain wouldve been the best solution. Replacing the shirt would have been another solution. SImply apologizing and acting like you were troubled by your mistake would have been the minimum. None of these solutions happened. Time to find a more responsible cleaners. --------------------- Trying this place for the first time today. It is open until 5:00 PM on Saturdays, which is really convenient. Friendly staff. Expect a two or three day turn-around and everything is ready after 6:00 PM.

They informed me the day after Christmas that 19, yes, 19, pieces of my clothing had been stolen. First, they never submitted my claim form to the insurance company. Next I was told that they did not submit the police report to the insurance company. I am very close to bringing a lawsuit against this cleaners. They have not even offered me a nominal sum so that I can go out and replace some of the items I lost. UNBELIEVEABLE. I am now contacting the San Jose Police Department so I can verify that there was indeed a theft! I just wanted my clothes back! Please stay away from this place!

Went in to get pants hemmed, great deal at $10 a piece plus the staff did an excellent job. It was very easy to let them know what I wanted to do and they did exactly as specified. Staff were very helpful and friendly as well, great overall service

I had a pleasant experience. I must say. Brought in silk curtains. They got them cleaned on time. The cost was very reasonable comparing to local (Palo Alto) dry clean. Will go back again.

This place stiffed me twice needed next day service for a funeral. Never apologized and charged full pop. Taking my biz elsewhere
