They ruined my $350 skirt and didnt even apologize! They treated me like I was looking for any reason to complain. Little did the little boy at the cash register know that I have let so many things slide. This was the first time I had even complained. I was a loyal customer for a couple years. I spent an average of $100 a month there. I went there because they were cheap and close to home. Well you get what you pay for. Who puts a cheap hanger on a shirt and ruin the elasticity? Arent you guys the experts? He asked me, "How were we supposed to hang it?" Umm well if u would of took your time to inspect the clothes you would have found 2 little loops that are built into clothes so u can hang them without ruining them. Again no apology, no discounts offered just a well your just looking for reasons to complain atitude!

they are always friendly, they will remember you by name and make you feel comfortable leaving your clothes with them. another great thing is your things will always be ready on time or early.

These guys are always friendly and fast! So far they always have had our garments ready in 2 business days. Also, their prices are very reasonable compared to other dry cleaners in Brentwood.
