This is one of the greatest cleaners. Yes, the owners to some may seem rude, but it is more cultural than personal. They take what they do very serious and are very good at it. They are all about family and if you take the time to talk with them and get to know them, you will find that they are very caring and will do what you need to assist you. As a busy single mom and student, they really assisted me and made dry cleaning a reality and not a impossible task.

Very bad service I would not advise anyone to do services her the owner very rude . He had my skirt laying by coffee and on his computer desk when i walked in to pay for my skirt zipper to get fixed . Dust all over it . He had my skirt for 3 days . No work done . Iam piss I would not give him no stars but I had to click on one to right a review . He is very disrespectful.

How these people stay in business I have no idea....but when inquiring about additional services needing to be done on some items I had dropped off (after they pressed the buttons and busted them off) I was told "For the price you pay, you get what you get, you want more go somewhere else" Horrible customer service........

During the past month Viz Cleaners tore one of my shirts and gave a pair of my slacks and my wifes blouse to another customer. Although they did give me a credit for the shirt and luckily whomever they gave my clothes to returned them I would encourage everyone to use a different dry cleaner.

After going to many cleaners in the area, VIZ cleaners was by far the best. They have quick servie and everything I get back looks and feels great. Being a customer since the beginning, I have never had any problems.

Always been courteous and willing to return my clothes in a timely manner without hassle. One time there was an issue and the owner handled it fairly and professionally to resolve it.
