This place is so customer UNfriendly that they no longer deserve my business. They charge for everything and then dont do the work. They let a customer that spends $200 per month with them to walk out the door for a repair I paid for and they did not do it. Their position is prove it. That is it! Im moving on and I suggest you do as well

I called to see if I could get something cleaned. The woman who answered the phone could barely understand english let alone speak it. She told me she would check to see if they could clean my items, told me bye and then proceeded to hang up on me.

Lady couldnt speak English well but she was EXTREMELY friendly and diligent. She came off like it was her first day on the job, but she can barely speak English so that is expected. I have no complaints

Dropped items off on Thursday, told me ready the following Wed. Went Wed told me not ready till Fri. No discount for inconvenience! I agree unprofessional. Never will I go back.
