Horrible experience at this location. All I wanted was to get a zipper on my jacket fixed. They couldnt do it there so they sent it somewhere and said they would call the next day to give me a quote on the price. 3 days later they gave me an outrageous quote. I told them I didnt want the service and would pick up my jacket the next day. The next day they said it hadnt been delivered yet. The day after that, when the jacket still hadnt been deliver, the 3rd party was called to find out what the delay was. They said their had been a mistake and that the zipper had been replaced. They said they wouldnt charge me full price for their mistake but it still ended up costing 2/3s of the total that I paid for the jacket itself. I said I would pick it up the next day and inspect it and only if I was satisfied it would pay. 2 days later when it was finally delivered when I attempted to pay with my credit card. I was informed that eventhough they do "accept" credit cards I would have to pay in cash, because it was a special order. Seeing as how I had no cash I had to find an atm and thus adding another 8$ (3$ atm fee + 5$ band fee) to my total. If this experience in and of it self wasnt bad enough, Jennie, the woman "helping" me was rude and unprofessional at every turn. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else but here.

Havent picked my things up yet but the owner James was very pleasant and attentive. Place reminds me of the old school mom & pop cleaners. Decently priced for 2-shirts 1-pair pants & 1-suit with pick up anytime after 5p same day if dropped off before 11am

The lady was rude. Maybe because I wasnt Asian.
