I shall start simple- DON"T GO HERE! Now let me explain: Besides taking over a WEEK to get the clothes back (most places take 3-4 days) This place has horrible customer service. I needed some cloths cleaned right away, they clearly could not do it under a week as they send all their clothes out. I asked if there was another place in town and they refused to tell me there was till I mentioned I would just ask someone else, then they said "well sort of." Sort of? Yes there is another place and they are 10 times better and friendlier. I cannot believe I left anything with them in the first place but I am always willing o give the benefit of the doubt. I ended up having to pay for it in the end when I received horrible service, incorrect information and was told flat out by the evil woman working there that I was the one that was wrong? Are you kidding me. There is another place in town that does not even compare. They were able to clean my clothes in 1 day with no extra charge, now that is customer service. They mentioned they get a lot of complaints about Village cleaners as well. I can only imagine. I have done my duty and shared with you what you are in for if you go to this cleaners.

i went to the NIFTY NEEDLE for alterations, it was my first and last time. I was pleasantly surprised that the clothes were finished in a week, but the work was horrible. My dresses were taken in at the shoulders and when you look at the inside of the dress you can see all the gathered material and a stitch right above it. One of the dresses had the bra stap holders on the shoulders and of course now after her alteration they are gone, I am sure they are tucked away in the folded over piece of fabric i now have instead. If you want a bad alteration save yourself the money and do it yourself. If you are looking for the work of a professional, go somewhere else. Let me know when you find a good person because i am once again on the hunt.

Just received my wedding dress back to wear for my wedding in 7 days. VERY disappointed...it was clean but the bushel hook had ripped off because they didnt undo it before cleaning then refused to fix stating that it is supposed to hook on the bottom button of the back of my dress!? As well as the hook at the top of the zipper was gone! The women running the place is a royal B, rude and didnt feel safe asking again to repair hook because she wasnt happy to fix the mistakes. I would suggest going ANYwhere else!

We brought in 3 pairs of jeans to get altered and it took $85 to get them back. Almost $30 a pair to shorten the wasteline and the alterer only took a day to do? Completely not worth it, I could buy one pair of designer jeans or buy three pairs of sub-par jeans for that price. I felt so embarrassed when they told me how much it cost. I really dont think Ill be going back here.

This place rocks! Whenever Ive gone in theyve always given my clothes back in a timely fashion. The customer service rocks too, they have very friendly employees, especially Kali. They are very attentive and I highly recommend coming here.
