They are not accommodating to their customer came in at about 9:40 ask if I got get my item back by close and they have done all of their cleaning for the but I watching they cleaning clothes it was only one pair of pants and a shirt I know in NY 9 out by 5 but only 40 min and I dont need it until close could have been nicer one guy said ok and them a girl behind him said we cant and ask for manager and she did not care said we are done cleaning clothes for the day so what do they do all day if the dont clean clothes it would not have hurt and they would not give a number for owner said they cant they just did want me to call told me their was no one I could talk to he should be in on Monday we will see between 11 and 2 I will be here they could have a little more nicer and whats 40 mind???????

I will NEVER use this cleaners again. Bulk cleaning ruined my Black calvin Klein pea Coat. The coat was so covered with light lent balls I couldnt wear it, and had to have it cleaned again and the lent balls removed. The employee told me they dont remove lent, even though their cleaning process caused the lent problem.

They charged me $1.95 per shirt for which I prepaid, but when I went to pick up my clothes, they wanted to charge me $2.95, the womans shirt price, vs. $1.95 for men. My shirts are button down shirts, just like mens. I dont even think this practice is legal.

Stay away. Took some uniform shirts in for pressing and they got bleached. Had to buy new ones. Expensive for me but what do they care. Came in 7 minutes over their deadline for same day and they told me they couldnt have it done that day.
