They burned a hole in a pair of silk pajamas I brought in, and now they are telling me that the hole was there. So, its just a coincidence that the hole happens to be in the middle of the stain that they were supposed to get out? And, Im supposed to believe that neither their own worker nor I saw the hole when they put the tape next to the stain to point it out? And, next to it was another stain WITH THE FOOD STILL CRUSTED ON. They didnt even bother to scrape it off with a finger nail. If they hadnt made the hole, why did they give up and not even try on the other stain? So, this silk set is ruined, and I didnt even ask them to replace it. All I asked is to return the money for cleaning! And, some other persons shirt was included in the clothes they gave back to me. I could have kept the shirt, and they would have been responsible for replacing that, too, but I was honest. And, in gratitude for saving them that expense, they wouldnt even return my money! Im suing them. But, I also wanted to warn you.

I have been patronizing this inexpensive cleaners for many years for my work silk blouses , suits and dresses. I am now retired and usually bring in slacks,sweaters, shirts, jackets.. This is the first major problem with my clothes. I bought a really nice sweat shirt in France and brought it in to have it dry cleaned instead of throwing it in the wash. I noticed there were two tiny holes in the fabric beneath the collar. The manager Javier Diaz would not let me file an insurance claim with Saveon Cleaners. I brought the visa charge in for receipt. He said the holes were already there. I disagreed with him, that there may have been a spot and their cleaning fluids probably made the holes. I refused to take my sweat shirt and sent an e mail to the owners and they have not responded to my request. There must be a cleaning board I can file a claim with! I noticed there are quite a few complaints on line and thought I should add mine to the group. Anyone have any suggestions?

Firstly, this is my very first negative review since I give businesses 2nd and 3rd chances. This place has the WORST costumer service ever!! About a month ago, my husband picked up our order, he comes home to realize that ALL of the shirts belonged to another customer!! So since we were leaving out of town we couldnt pack what we needed. Later on I go in to tell them what happened and the staff couldnt care less!!! I asked to talked to the manager, they gave me a card with the store # on it. It happened one more time and this time I went in demanding to speak with the manager since I have someone elses items, I left 3 messages and he never called back. So today I go in and finally found the manager who did apologize, but somehow didnt care that I have someone elses items at my house! He said, " Well no one has been calling to be missing any items"!! and didnt offer anything to make this problem go away.. This is unbelievable…I dont recommend this place to anyone

Be careful they seem nice when you take your clothes in but they use harsh chemicals that destroy your clothes. They don’t compensate you when they destroy your clothes, not even a credit for a free cleaning next time. Accused me of damaging my own clothing and bringing it in to get cleaned so I can complain that they damaged it and get money from them!!!!! How crazy??? They wanted me to pay $35 to have an “objective” 3rd party determine who damaged it me or the cleaners…and then if they are “fully” responsible they will pay me for the shirt. Seriously shady place I have had several bad experiences here but kept going back because they are close to my house, big mistake! Never going back again. Don’t go here they will mess up your clothes.

Luckily i was given great service. I have never had a bad experience, and their employees are all very friendly and have great customer service. I can not complain because they always have all of my stuff ready to go. I have never had a problem with Save on Cleaners and I am proud to say that they are always wonderful in helping with whatever situation i have. I would have to give it a thumbs up and i highly recommend it. Its Great!!

This place is a JOKE I took 10 dress shirts, they gave them back to me wrinkle like if they just came out of the washer. This place is the worst you get what you pay for. Anyone notices how they make you pay in cash upfront. I like the sign on the door too... body fluids require extra charge... I had to take my dry cleaning to another dry cleaner to decontaminate what Save On did. YUCK

I have been coming here for years. They have never lost anything of mine, and they have done a consistently fine job with my work clothes. Their work is as good as any other cleaners. I have had other cleaners do less than perfect work and charge me 3 times what Save On does. I am a satisfied customer.

Avoid at all costs. Had to explicitly ask for service while three people stood around gossiping. They refused to rewash clothes that came back with food crumbs still on them. When I asked about contacting management, the store manager Javier Diaz told me to "just drop it".

Lets see what to say about save on cleaners. Good staff , good front counter personel. There was at times that the quality wasnt to my liking but they took care of my situation with no hassle re did it nd been coming there for the past year frequently. Good place.

I get great customer service every time I go in. I have never had a bad experience. They are friendly and have my stuff ready to go without a problem. Great place!!

Did not do a good job doing a simple wash and Iron; Manager was extremely rude. Do your sel a favor and find another place to do your dry clening!
