I found a shirt they laundered to have blemishes that were not there when I took it in, I brought this to both owners attention thinking that they would offer to try and remedy the problem O no all they could say was it was like this when I brought it in I explained that I had brought it in before without blemishes they had cleaned this same shirt with no problem on prior visits, but no all they would say is it was this way all along I asked what they were going to do about this they just looked at me like I had two heads, I finally gave up, i took the shirts that I was bringing in to get cleaned and left thoroughly dissatisfied. Dont plan on anything getting done if you have a problem, you have been warned.

I dont know about other people I went in and told the lady I need to make my blazer a bit bigger because it was tight on me so the lady was straight forward and told me exactly was she was doing I went to get more fabric and she did an amazing job on my blazer.. I do recommend this place she even have my blazer for me in such a little time.

OK is a skilled tailor, capable of fitting your clothing to your frame for a classic fit. She is actually a dress maker by trade. Ive never had a bad experience here after trading with these folks for many years. Take it from me, you cant go wrong with Village Cleaners.

Specifically asked for medium starch, 3 times, and when I picked up the shirts they were light starch if that. I wont be back. I told the lady that and she acted like it was no big deal. Maybe not?
