Nice washer but it will put $100 on hold from your debt card and if you dispute the amount with your bank your bank will say that its a charge. If you dont call the merchant and let him explain to your bank that its a hold you lose $100. Dont believe your bank, and dont believe the merchant. Because if you believe your bank you had just donated $100 to your merchant. If you call your merchant then hes going to tell you its your banks fault because its not his fault. Where as first, of course its its the merchant fault for holding $100 and second, its your bank fault who will do no investigation whatsoever. Because CitiBank told me they did investigate, and merchant sent them a receipt. Therefore they will charge me $100. Well wait a minute. When I called the merchant he said no. That receipt is for holding the $100. So where did CitiBank fail? They dont make any investigation. CitiBank lies. Plus had the merchant was happy with $11.00 wash in the first place and not charge me $89 on top of it just so he can have some cash in his account for couple of days I wouldnt be writing this.

I liked the numerous bullet points they post before you start the car wash. Although much of it is to protect them from complaints of damage, it is also informative to the consumer who may not realize such concerns. But what gives this car wash a five star rating is the side dryers. The Chevron car wash I usually go to only has the air dryers on top, which I find does an unsatisfactory job (I would have to do a lot of hand drying afterwards on my own). With the side blowers, a lot of the water is pushed towards the back of the car in tandem with the top blowers. Unfortunately, I did not opt to try the premium car wash which apparently comes with a whole light and sound experience.

If any piece of equipment was configurable there, it has been dialed to 11 in cheapness. Car wash dryer, non existent. Vacuum, way too short to do a normal sedan and probably never maintained so it rips up fabrics in your car. Ive been here about 30 times out of laziness. since its close to work and SF doesnt have a real car wash place. I get the super extreme ultra platinum cleaning each time and it at best reshuffles the dirt on your car around. My car is just about as dirty as it was coming out as it was going in. There are streaks of dirt marks after its ~10 min wash program.

Do NOT use this car wash. You will sit in the hidden line (not visible until you are already stuck) for over an hour. The equipment seems to be frequently broken. Plenty of hastily scrawled signs announcing the owners wont accept responsibility for damage to your car. Just all around a trashy place. On top of that, the result is worse than when it started. The huge white spots all over the windows are now obvious.

Believe the signs on the carwash about how long the wait is from entrance. Clever captive audience marketing though has signs up and if you call inside theyll bring you a snack or drink order to your car. Kind of funny. Theres also some "underwater" experience options (I assume for kids) but after almost an hour in line, I was late for airport pick up so I went express. Its a good wash, just be prepared for the line...

There is a sign saying "25 minute wait"....it is a lie. The wait is 1 hour from that point. Very deceptive time estimates to trap you into their car wash. Also, the slowest car wash Ive ever been to. Each car takes approximately 10 minutes. I talked with an employee who said the owner is aware of the frustrated customers and refuses to be honest, for the sake of money. I will never come to this car wash again.

Car was was the worst that I have ever tried.... My car got dirty from the rain yesterday. Since I am a Uber/Lyft driver my car has to be clean... After the car wash was done I took a look at my car and it was still dirty. I paid 11.99 for the top was. My 5 year old nephew could do a better job. Plus they charge extra for you to vacum your car... Primeshine is too notch and vacums are free.

Worst experience ever! I was on a roundtrip to SF and took a stop at the shell station. Because of my German credit card I had to prepay a special amount. The guy at the gas station told me difference between prepay and total price will be refund to my card. Until now (more than 2 months later) nothing happened and nobody is able to solve the issue.

Very pleased with my experience. Its a very efficient operation. You have an opportunity to upgrade your purchase if you decide to change you mind. You have the option of paying in the store for a wash or in the driveway, but it only accepts cards. The only thing I did wrong was to drive off too soon before the drying cycle was finished.

A little expensive but it is open 24 hr. Platinum car wash is $11.99 and does a good job. Car wash available 24 hr as well. Brushless--all spray, liquid. After a wipe down with a few soft dry tags, you are good to go. Finally, the little store is open all the time so interfacing with the clerk is easier. Not bad.

Really nifty shell. Its moderately well kept and has one of the coolest car washes Ive ever seen. Its almost like an amusement park ride. Also, theres normally a food truck parked on the sidewalk. So, good place to grab gas and a meal!

The car wash works pretty well for an automatic wash but sometimes it can take a long time to get through the line. This is one of the few automatic car washes that actually washes the back of my hatchback instead of leaving it dirty.

Takes a long time. 50 minutes. And they dont inform on how long its going to take. Theres a long line thats hidden behind the building so you cant guess on how long its gonna be beforehand. And once youre in the alley, youre stuck.

If youre in need of a quick, cheap, touchless and automated car wash, pull into the back of the station and youll find what youre looking for. It wont be a detail job, but will get you 80% of the way there.

The car wash takes about six minutes a car. Be forewarned since there is no sign and its hard to get a sense of this when you enter the curved the driveway - there were 8 cars in front of me and I got stuck!

Very high prices in comparison to other gas stations. Played loud and annoying music out by the pumps which were very sticky and grimy. Does not feel like its been cleaned in years.
