I went through their car wash and dropped my daughter off at her event. As I got out of the car I noticed a huge scratch down the side of my driver side. I immediately went back to the car wash and spoke with two employees. They stated that this has been happening unfortunately and that they are currently working on the machine. Then the other employee pointed out my running board was bent too! After several weeks my husband was finally able to get a hold of the owner. He said send me pictures and get me a quote. If its reasonable Ill pay for it. We sent him the pictures, provided him with the quote......almost a month goes by and my husband contacts him again. He said oh, my insurance agent wants you to call her. HOW WERE WE TO KNOW THIS??? He provided him with her number. She told my husband since we dont have actual proof, they wont be paying. SO FYI: when going through the BLUE DOLPHIN CAR WASH take video of your car prior,during and after just in case. So shady, unprofessional and flat out wrong! We are extremely easy going people and would of totally worked with him but at the moment I cant even stomach his behavior!

This is the only car wash I will go to! I know that a lot of automated car washes tout themselves as "brushless", but I will always prefer a car wash where the attendants use brushes to scrub off the major dirt before sending you through the automatic wash. The attendants at Blue Dolphin are always in a great mood, are super friendly and will spend extra time cleaning your car before the automatic wash if it is extra dirty. They even give you a wet rag to use for wiping off your dashboard and other interior surfaces. I cant say enough about this place - they are outstanding!

Better off to just leave it dirty. We bought the most expensive wash and the truck looks like crap. Didnt even knock the dirt off the running boards. The detergent isnt diluted properly or something because it feels like its covered in detergent granules. The staff didnt care. Offered another wash...but Im sure wed be in the same boat. What a junk place to wash your car.

The guy were swearing profanity, didnt wash the side, didnt line up the vehicle properly and didnt give me the Works. I went through a second time and my vehicle is still dirty. This was the worst experience I have ever had at this car wash I used to use it all the time not any more. The guy on the passenger side hit the side of my back door and dented it..

Went to get a car wash at blue dolphin in newberg and yes I understand I have cherries stuck to my car I live under cherry trees but to yell and cuss and say Im not getting this s**t off and u can f**king do this yourself is not what I want our kids in the backseat to hear.. worse experience Ive ever had there!!

Hit or miss on whether they do a good job or not. Find it telling if they need two guys to scrub down the car before it even goes through the unit. Biggest complaint is paying for one level of washing and often suspecting Im getting a lower level. Hard to tell if you get what you pay for.

Just had my truck washed at Blue Dolphin Car Wash and they did an exceptional job! They are thorough and pay attention to detail without taking hours. The owner and staff are extremely nice as well. So, if you have a half hour to spare and want your car to look like new again, come here!

Very bad they did not clean my car whatsoever left it there for 4 hours so they can take their time and they didnt even vacuum the rear of the car on the front it was a very poor job I will not recommend it to nobody a little kid would have done a better job
