Just like other touch washes, I was left with dirty spots after two passes through the wash. The free vacuums lack appropriate suction. So, in the worst possible way, I guess those dont suck. Staff was rude when I requested a second wash due to mud still being present in several areas after the first wash. Apparently, they dont guarantee that your vehicle will get clean with all that pounding.

Wash your car at your own risk. I went to have my car wash and come out with a bunch of scratches all over the hood and fender. I went to me the so call CUSTOMER SERVICE guy name Zeb and he said he did not see any incident relation to car wash. What an idiot! Would never wash my car with this place again. Deserved no star from me!

I regularly visited the old Kaady Car wash and was surprised when it closed. Little did I know this newer facility was just down the road. The tunnel is much longer than the old one and my car came out very clean. Everything looks so new. I love that the many (Free) vacuum stations are covered and have hoses on both sides.

Usually zero or very short wait times for a wash. Lots of vacuums open, but some of them dont have quite the suction power to clean carpets and such properly. Definitely give your vehicle a good look over before driving off though, sometimes the auto wash doesnt get all the grime on the first pass.

Very efficient staff. Would suggest a sign that says put it in neutral instead of the guy trying to yell over the loud machinery. And a nice touch with the free unlimited vacuum. Depending on the bay you may get one that is clogged but thats the gamble you take. Over all good experience.

Went on Sunday, and lost my license plate. Went back Monday to get it, drove my moms mini van and lost a tail light. I believe the air dryers are to strong, thats what is blowing stuff off cars. Saw the car in front of us Sunday almost lose its taillight also.

Who gives a car wash five stars? I sure as heck wouldnt. But the advancement of having open, free, not coin-op vacuums is the best thing to ever happen to car washes. Seriously, why in heavens name hasnt this been the standard years ago?

Does a decent job washing my car but misses spots occ (I have a hitch & grill cover, both of which mess up their sensors). Wish the vacuum suction was better though - I have to go over spots multiple times to get them clean.

I love this place. My car has very low clearance and cant go through most car washes because it bottoms out on the track. Not an issue here! I buy the card with 6 washes and now my little car is almost never dirty.

I like it. Be sure to bring a drying cloth coz the dryers dont dry the car 100%. There free vacuum here as well. Anything else to clean the car such as wipes and tire shine should be brought by the customer.

I love this car wash. They use the soft fabric Scrub system and it always leaves my car looking fabulous. They also have plenty of vacuum ports, and the vacuums themselves are very powerful.

Quick service even on busy days. There are more than enough vacuums available, so you dont need to wait on one. Also, the vacuums are free to operate even without the wash service.

horrible job. my husband went in to wash our car, it was still dirty. our license plate was dented, the passenger door was scratched. premium wash was not worth it at all

Quick, efficient new equipment. Cleans exterior fairly well, but you might need manual work on some crevices. Free vacuums work well, well-designed vac parking area.
