Dedicated. Crunch Care did a fantastic job locating the perfect live in nanny for us. Stacie, the owner, did an in depth interview with us in our home to come up with a candidate profile that would best fit our household. It is not often you come across someone as genuine as Stacie. She has amazing people skills and intuition. She knew what we wanted/needed better then we did. She professionally added a couple of candidates into our interview pool that didnt fit the profile we requested and these were the candidates we narrowed our selection too. We felt Crunch Care took a personal stock in our family. High integrity. Great follow through. I would recommend Crunch Care to anyone searching for a nanny.

Stacie Steelman and her company Crunch Care are an extremely professional, trustworthy and talented nanny search firm. Stacie will go out of her way to understand and meet your needs and wont stop until you are happy. She is so approachable, effective and caring - she really wants you, your family and your child to be in the right hands and will go the extra mile to ensure that you are happy with the process! She makes herself available 24/7 and takers her job very seriously. We had such a wonderful experience with Crunch Care. We traveled to San Diego from the east coast, and Crunch Care found us an amazing babysitter so we could leave our son at the hotel while we went out to dinner. It was our 2nd night of the trip, and we had no problem leaving him! I was worried about whether it would work out, but Stacie assured me that she had just the right person for our needs, and she was right! I would highly recommend Crunch Care!

My wife and I used Crunch Care to find a regular babysitter/nanny. We loved the ease of service and peace of mind of using CC.
