Working with Wynee was one of the best decisions I made during the whole buying process. I worked with more than three other realtors previously, and I can say without a doubt, that she is at the top of her league. After two months of looking at unsuitable places and getting offers denied to places I did want, I was able to find and have an offer accepted within a week of meeting Wynee. That is not to say that she didnt first take the time to discuss my goals and the challenges Ive faced in the past, prior to continuing on my search. She was also very receptive to quickly showing property I did notice and was subsequently interested in, which is very important in this quick moving market. Finding a place you like is only half the battle, which I quickly learned during my time with less experienced and motivated realtors. With her knowledge and help, I was able to successfully compete with multiple prospective buyers and finally securing a property that ended up being the best fit for me. Not only that, but she was also extremely helpful throughout a somewhat complicated closing process and long after the sale. I absolutely love, love, love these ladies. We bought and sold our home in North Park and our situation was a bit challenging. With that being said, Mary, Z and the rest of their team were there to help us every step of the way. Their follow up was amazing and attention to detail was impeccable. They are true experts with older homes in the North Park area and one step ahead of the game. Things came up during the escrow process and the buyers got really scared. Mary then orchestrated a team of foundation, electrical, plumbing and engineer experts to come in to give their opinions and proposals of health and safety concerns that the buyers had. She did not settle or try to convince us to accept the repairs or credits that the buyers were asking for "Just Because", which were crazy high. She went to bat and at the end, it was a WIN, WIN for both the buyers and us. Mary and her team were excellent throughout. Mary was my real estate agent for the sale of my house in North Park and also the agent for the seller for the house I bought in Kensington. As my agent on the sale side, Mary and her team had answers to ever question I had. They helped stage the house and were there with helpful advice throughout the sales process. Everything went smooth and every little issue that came up, from suggested repairs to issues with the termite work to how to respond to multiple offers, it was clear Mary and her crew had thought through the issue and knew how to respond. On the buy side, Mary and her crew guided us through the short sales process and were incredibly competent in doing so. They are professionals.

I cant say that I love this place. One of the agents nearly killed my two children and I as we drove down the highway. Apparently putting our 3 lives in danger is more important than paying attention or pressing the brakes a little. She has ads ALL OVER her car, thats how I know it was this business. We were on the 805 S when out of nowhere this person tries to squeeze in driving super close to the car in front then changing lanes into my lane right next to me. I slammed on the brakes which caused me to swerve and nearly lose control. If she drives like this, without regard for human life, how could anyone trust to sell them a home? Just awful.

I worked with Wynee at first because McT Real Estate appeared to have sold the most properties in North Park. Since I was going to be buying from DC, I only had 4 days to look around. Wynee was great to work with and helped me find a great condo. The most impressive part was how she helped me take care of everything while I was in DC. She let the inspectors and contractors into the condo, connected me with a great lender, and generally made this experience so much easier than my purchase in DC. In short, Wynee is great at her job and great company. I would happily work with her again and have already recommended her to a friend.
