We are from the East Coast with retirement planned for the Vegas area. We chose Billy OKeefe from this office based on RE Agent reviews. On a 5-Star scale, he is truly deserving of a 10-Star rating; hes that good. His emotional intelligence is off the charts. Because of that, hes likely quite capable of adapting to a wide range of personalities. We are cautious, skeptical buyers and perhaps too much so. Our caution during the home buying process would have likely frustrated most agents. However, never in our process did we get the sense that Billy had any other motivation than to look out for our best interest. He could not have been more supportive. We looked at a wide range of properties from Lake Las Vegas to Red Rock. Throughout the process, Billy quickly learned our likes and dislikes and was able to adjust the viewings on the fly and ultimately found us a home that we love. We worked with Billy for a full week while visiting Vegas and he earned every penny of his commission. His responsiveness and attention to detail is unmatched. What sets him apart from others is that he sees the big picture clearly and is quick to connect the dots and jump to action. Its obvious Billy is not out to conquer individual deals, but, rather build on relationships that will ultimately lead to a far greater reward. And, behind every good leader is an army. In Billys case, his assistant Mashenka and the service providers that he uses are equally as impressive. That doesnt happen by accident and his repetitive praise of that team are indicative of why they function so well together. Berkshire-Hathaway has a gem on their hands and the local broker also deserve credit for providing Billy and his team with the resources that made our home buying experience a very good one. As customers, we are admittedly difficult to please. So, we take great pleasure in writing this review because this is the home buying experience everyone should have. There are many good 5-Star agents you can choose. If youre looking for a 10-Star agent, just give Billy OKeefe a call. You wont regret it.

As a renter, this company is horrible. We love the house we are in, but due to the property management company (Prudential Americana- Bill Meyer) we have no interest in renewing our lease. Our rent was lost in the mail (sent directly from our bank in the form of a cashiers check) and we were not notified that it did not arrive until 10 days after it was late. Since the money was already out of our account we were unable to tell by looking at our statement that the check did not arrive. They charged $100 late fee, $60 eviction notice (5 days to pay or leave), and $10/day that it was late. We the paperwork saying that the rent was sent before it was due and they were not understanding or flexible in any way. If you want to rent a house or want a rental property manager- KEEP AWAY FROM PRUDENTIAL AMERICANA!

Mark Bieri is the best realtor to use when buying/selling a home. He will take the time to answer any questions, show any homes you want to see, and responds quickly to all calls/emails. We have put him through the ringer in our home buying search over the last 4 years and he is still more than happy to work with us despite us never closing on a house. He is the Go To Guy for real estate. I hope we can close on a house soon so he can finally get paid for all the work hes done for us =)

My realtor did NOT protect my interest and once i move in few issues arised and cost me money i dont not get any help or assistance from my realtor. I have received over 100 solicitations from them over the past year, despite the fact that I am on the "Do Not Call" registry. They call at all hours of the day and have zero respect. I have told them to remove me off the list at least 20 times and they still call. It has gotten to the point where I will now be registering names and complaints with the regulators.
