Im amazed that there are no reviews yet. This company likes to lie to its customers and provide shotty customer service. My wife and I had to break our lease with them and were told two very different things by two of the "assistants" who work here. When we spoke to the actually property manager, he had yet something else to tell us. In all we were charged for 10 days of rent during days we were not occupying the hosue (we hurried out because we were told we would have to pay for those ten days if we were out by the 1st of the month) and we were also charged an extra 450$ agent fee to have the house shown to new rental applicants even after we were told we would not be responsible for that fee if we dealt with showing of the house ourselves, which we did. Do not trust them and be sure you know what you are getting into because they will tell you one thing and then do another just to get your money.

Ive been working with Chris for about 10 years or so. He is a consummate professional. He carefully screens applicants, takes great care of the properties and is super responsive to tenants needs. There are very few property management companies that actually pick up the phone. Hes got hundreds of happy owners and tenants, doesnt have a lot of turnover except when owners decide to take profits. Youre in good hands with Chris Page!

We applied for a home here the day after it was listed. Less than 24 hours passed after we turned it in and they changed the rent not once, but TWICE from $1395 to $1495 and finally to $1575. Then suddenly we received a phone call stating our applications were declined. How convenient. Obviously, this company is shady and money hungry just like the other reviews stated.

Ive been renting threw them going on my third year now. Ive had no problems at all. I pay my rent. Something needs to get fixed they call the owner and then it gets fixed. Ive had bad landlords and these people are good and fair.

Ridiculous application fees and Chris Is completely unreliable not to mention saying one thing and then doing another. Do NOT rent through this business!
