I applied for a house i liked, and put 500 down to reserve it. The lady marion calls me a couple days later and tells me i can no longer get that house "because somebody else reserved it the day before i did and she wasnt aware". They had no other houses to look at besides 1. So i looked at it and i told them i liked it but its really dirty and smells like animal urine. (The last people moved out the same day i looked at it). They told me that was no problem they were gonna clean the carpet and if we cant get the smell out we will replace it with new carpet. So i set up a date when i would have the rest of the move in money and when i would start moving in. I call them the day before im supposed to move in to make sure the house is ready. They tell me yeah come get the keys and look for yourself. So i did and the place was filthy. Still smelt like piss, inch of dust on the ceiling fans, holes in the walls, every outlet was hanging out of the wall. It looked exactly the same as it did the day the people moved out and it smelt even worse because all they did was get filthy carpet wet. So when i told them that wasnt gonna fly with me they threw my 500 dollar money order at me and said heres your money back then. They got me and my family excited for a house for nothing, TWICE. Not to mention the 70 dollars in application fees they made me waste. These people have no standards they will let you move in to a house that smells like animal urine. If you want professionalism take your money elsewhere

WORST PLACE EVER!! I should have known right off when I had to call twice before anyone even answered the phone. The first property I looked at that they managed was disgusting! The carpets looked like they were ten years old and in one spot there was a hole the size of the top of a soda can. I was able to look at another place that seemed okay. There was someone living in the residence so I only got a look at the outside. They did show me pictures. I told Rene, their agent that I would take it. She charged me thirty-five dollars for the rental application fee and two-hundred dollars to save the place. I was told that the apartment would be available on November 1st but they would have to clean the carpets before I could move in. I called on the second of November to ask for an update of when my apartment would ready. I was told that Rene no longer worked for them and the place was not available until December. I was angry of course and said that I wanted my money back. I was told that I could get my two-hundred dollar deposit back but not the thirty-five dollars for the application fee. I explained that I would not have applied if I knew that the apartment I wanted was not available for another month. "Im sorry, we ran your application so we cannot refund your fee". What an unprofessional company. I would stay as far away from these morons as possible

Terrible customer service. It was very difficult to get them on the phone and when I did, they were less than helpful. I found the women in the office to be extremely short tempered and often unresponsive. It was hard to get a straight answer or an issue resolved. One woman (Booby Jo?) was extremely contradicting and didnt seem to know the correct processes. Highly unprofessional, she lost her temper quickly when I tried to ask questions or clarify the situation. I would not recommend.

Working with this company was an effortless and enjoyable experience. The website made it very easy to select which homes I was interested in and the property manager, Marion, was extremely helpful and answered all my questions in a friendly and competent manner. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member who is looking for a rental in Kingman.
