I contacted Hugo Johnson several months ago regarding my interest in buying a duplex as an investment. Within a few hours he sent me several listings to view and drive by. Once I had selected the most desirable for my budget and location, he quickly set up an appointment to see the property. He was so helpful in getting all of the documents completed to make an offer and really went the extra mile as we progressed through mountains for paperwork required by the lender and title company. I would highly recommend Hugo to anyone looking for property to purchase as either a primary residence or investment. If you are looking for someone to sell your home, I am sure his diligence would satisfy all your expectations as he did mine.
