Im actually livid about this realtor and this company. M. Alexa Rodriguez contacted me to do a showing for one of her clients, the time she requested did not work for our schedule and I wrote back letting her know what times worked and explained that we had to be back in our home no later than 8:30 p.m.. my husband got home around 8:40/8:45 p.m. And apologized, said he had to get ready for work. The realtor was extremely rude to him, acted like he was invading their space and privacy. I would not be so upset had she been 1. Apologetic and left when he got there and 2. Actually left before 8:30 p.m. or rescheduled as I was very clear in my response when I rejected the original requested time that we had to have access to our home by 8:30 p.m. My husband was so uncomfortable he got his stuff for work, left and called me to ask why people were still in our home. VERY disappointed with the lack of professionalism and respect for my time and our personal space in our home.

HORRIBLE to deal with. Cancelled my subscription a few months ago and just got a letter from collections. Media One say they cant find the phone call when I called to cancel, so they cant do anything about it. Talked to a supervisor who was going to look into it and call me back, which he never did. Just called for the 4th time and they say they dont see a balance, so there isnt a problem (but the collection agency says they havent cleared my balance). They have been EXTREMELY awful and difficult to deal with. Even the collection agent told me they have issues like this all of the time with Media One. Its too bad for the SL trib that I wont be ordering any more papers because of the company who handles the subsription. If anyone wants the paper, you should buy it each week from the grocery store unless you want it to affect your credit.

My husband and I loved using James Rankin with MediaOne as our Real Estate agent. This was our first home sold and second home bought with MediaOne. James was very professional and met all of our needs in a timely manner. He knew our needs and didnt try to get us in just any home quickly. He was patient in finding us just the right home. We were confident in his skill as he looked at all the details in a home that we had less knowledge in. He told us of any problems he saw and shared what we would need to do to fix them and even offered to help! We appreciate his honesty, skill in all things real estate related, and his friendship as we spent many days looking at houses.

I recently worked with Terry Dennis & had a horrible experience. This individual seems to be plagued with a bad temper, was uncooperative in creating a successful resolution, & lacks the basic communication skills of a professional. He lacks the basic skills to navigate & conduct himself as a professional. I would be totally surprised if the broker of this agency wasnt aware of this individuals short comings. This experience wasnt an isolated incident, it would be indicative of his personality. I would never recommend Terry Dennis or any agency that employs such a low caliber person. Very unimpressed.

0 stars.......I canceled my subscription 3 times. Each time I called they said they had no record of me canceling. I paid a final bill and 4 months later got a collections notice for $50. I tried to call and have them correct the problem. Instead they are trying to stronghold me into paying their bogus bill. They are saying it is my fault because they have no record of me ever calling. They do not provide confirmation numbers and I really do not have any choice, but to pay the bill and save my credit. Super frustrating:(

I have been pleased with my experience with MediaOne Real Estate. My agent, Eunice Jones, worked extremely hard and was always available. She was a great advocate for me as a seller. Eunice works well with buying agents and kept me apprised of listing activity. She went above and beyond, dealing with my alarm system and my cat, and even brought me dinner when I was moving out! She is very professional and knowledgeable, warm and wonderful....nothing but positive things to say about my agent and MediaOne in general.

When you have a mass distribution problem, I would think you would have customer service agents available to at least answer questions on weather we would get papers. We have the Tribune delivered to an address in Washington City, Utah. Saturday you posted that it was delayed to after 9:30am, we got no paper. Today I checked with family in Sandy, Utah, they got a paper a little late. So far, 3:30pm we have not gotten a paper. Zero stars on this problem.

worst customer service ever, obviously they have outsourced there phone service to India! I can never get my papers delivered and I only receive the weekend editions, you complain and complain and nothing ever gets fixed
