BAD experience! DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THIS COMPANY! WALK AWAY!!! Realtor Julie Gutwein was showing the house we just purchased. We went to make an offer, AT FULL ASKING PRICE by the way, had a pre approval, and she told the listing company that we would not be good buyers to get financing because I sold Tupperware and we lived in our RV. EXCUSE ME! Talk about prejudging! I make VERY GOOD money selling TW and we lived in our RV because we relocated and wanted to look at areas before we bought! The listing agent insisted on a local company approving us and that wasnt good enough either! They wanted one of their lenders to approve us! They cant do that legally so we pushed back and said NO! Our new lender said our financing would be super easy and it was! In less than three weeks everything was finalized. BUT THERES MORE! We find out that the seller wants to stay in the house and extra day or two....no one asked us if that was ok, even though we OWN THE HOUSE! THEN, the day AFTER we signed, we find out that the Salt Water Pool, as listed in the contract, wont be a salt water pool after we move in because the seller cancelled the contract and they are removing the salt cell! WHAT?????!!!!! That should have been in the contract!!! We still dont have the keys and already I wondering what else they are going to pull before this who deal is finalized!

Jes was always very professional. Whenever we had a question she would always answer it to the best of her knowledge and if she didnt know the answer she would try to find out for you. She was very very realistic and wouldnt put things out of reach. You could tell her the honest opinions of the house who showing you or what you thought of the price and she would do what she could to figure things out. She also has great resources to utilize and always gives tips and tricks for the care of the house or things that you might need for the house. I loved with working with her and I have already referred her to several friends. She was able to get my closing dine a week early and from start to finish in 2.5 months
