Hard lesson learned here. When we moved into the house and saw the pre-existing damage, we brought it up and were told it was already known and not to worry about it. We didnt document it on our form, and upon move out we did not get our secuirty deposit back. Despite being told at our move out inspection that everything seemed normal, we got a letter in the mail stating the deposit was being kept for damage we didnt cause. Since we moved out of state there is literally nothing we can do. Lesson learned, as we shouldnt have trusted word of mouth and documented everything. Shady business practices.

Diana Eklund is a true professional. A lot of people talk about "customer service", but she truly knows what it means. We thought our transaction would be simple, but it was far from it. I called in to get some information the woman who answered was rude and acted like I was bothering her. I do not recommend this agency bunch of ppl that are miserable with their job apparently.
