It was a problem from day one regarding communications with this place. Im low maintenance and paid on time every month but when the owner put the house on the market there were no communications from John Crow and Rodica Bartels as to what the next step would be. Im glad I didnt wait on those two to provide me information otherwise who knows what would have happened. I found it interesting that some money was taken out of my deposit due to small cleaning that was needed according to them and check was signed by Rodica "interesting". I cleaned the house and plus paid a company to clean it to be sure but apparently that was not good enough. Im glad I dont have to deal with this place anymore. Im in the process of buying my home and it would have been a cold day in hell before I went through this company. John and Rodica maybe you two should learn how to communicate and follow through with what you say you are going to do instead of not communicating at all. You can save your PR response to my review. the house was took off the market because I didnt allow the agents to show it. thats news to me but then again why would I expect any of you to communicate with me. My words to John was " I needed notice when you wanted to show the house" the one time someone gave me notice it worked out well. however when RODICA called me ,I didnt return her call because she never returned mine. Ask her why she never returned my email or phone calls. Ask John why he never answered or followed up with me with my concerns. Im not talking about several concerns. Im talking about only two so that is a poor job. As far as the house goes. I bet you didnt even see it. I bet your branch just sends someone out there and you take their word on what needs to be done. I can bet you that and thats why I requested to be there once the work order to inspect it was put in. Based of prior reviews this isnt the first time you hearing how poor your branch communicates. Again I dont need PR response so that you can come across as being concerned after the fact. you dam sure didnt show any concern when I needed it. Giving you a one star rating is too much.

all around poor and would advise anyone to run from this place, upon moving in the rental property the yard was trashy there was debris inside the house from a remodel, so my wife and called them and nothing came of it and so took it upon our selves to clean the place up. > washer hook ups were leaking water in the garage, called again and nothing so i fixed it my self, in mid summer the ac broke 112 outside and about 100 in the house called several times and finally got ahold of some one and was told it may be a few days before they could get any one out to look at it and to just put a wet towel around our necks and we would be fine. > i almost lost it and called an ac repair service, and in less than 30 mins the guy was on the roof replacing the ac compressor and sent them the bill for it which they did reimburse me for after us contacting the home owner and telling him what had happened, after that we started our look for some where else to live and decided to purchase a house. > upon moving out the house it was cleaner than we moved in (we were only there for a year)and scrubbed every thing down from ceiling to floor the place was spotless changed the ac filter with a brand new one the day we left and completely cleaned all appliances in side and out, well when it came time for our security deposit to be refunded the check was for 254 dollars out of 970 and it had a itemized list of charges 200 something for ionization deodorizing, 125 for dusting,15 for new air filter, 35 for cleaning stove 100 something for cleaning yard and so on. so we called to try to figure out what is going on and was told we will call you back about the matter well a month goes buy and no call back,call again and said we will call you back a few weeks go buy and you guessed it nothing,we call again and we are given the run around about the fictitious charges and just flat out lied to about the keeping of our deposit. > this is my experience with century 21 north west realty, i would never recommend nor do business with them ever again..stay away from that place they are a bunch of lazy, untruthfull crooks.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! First they are impossible to get ahold of specifically Trisha Chambers. They do not return phone calls nor emails. On move in date the yard was not landscaped which they said they would have taken care of prior to me moving in. It required my realtor contacting them and making them tend to the yard. One month after moving in roof tiles came off and landed on the ground. I called them several times and left messages. I accessed the tenant portal several times and submitted work requests. I sent several notes with my rent notifying them. I even drove from the east valley and went to the office and spoke with them in person. A year later it still was not fixed. I also submitted work requests for the master bathroom tub faucet and the ice maker. No response and no repairs. On more than one occassion they told me they had not received my rent check on time and one time I actually paid it in person. That resulted in extra fees. Upon move out I notified them three separate occassions of my impending move out date as they were raising my rent. In addition, I received call after call after call to have the home shown by other realtors which was an inconvenience for me. I never received any response to my notice to vacate. I moved out and left all keys and garage door opener in the residence.I receive an email from Trisha saying that my move out was not handled properly on my end. Again I have sent emails inquiring on my deposit with no answer. It is now September and I am still waiting for my deposit which is over $1000 back from May. I doubt I will ever see it. Please be cautious when dealing with this company. Keep everything in writing and just DONT RENT FROM HERE!!!

Before we moved in a condo that we rented from Century 21 Northwest they were suppose to clean and fix damages that the condo had. Century 21 Northwest never did. The toilet never worked, there were damage to the condo due to termite problems which we have called about and they never did anything about it. We called every time something is wrong with the condo and they would never come to fix anything. They are scam artist. When we moved out we were charged over $2,000 for things that wasnt our responsibility to be charged with. When and before we moved in the carpet was damaged with mold, there were termites everywhere in and out of the condo, leakes everywhere up in the ceiling, wall damage from termites being in there for so long and nobody was doing anything about it. Toilet was already broke. The fence out in the patio broke off before we got there and they didnt fix it right and it broke again when we were living there. But somehow we are getting charged for all this and we didnt do any of this. In the master bedroom the ceiling fan broke in little pieces while it was on. Alot of things were wrong with the condo that they should have fixed and they never did but somehow they are turning it around us that they charged us for the things they should have fixed before we even moved in and they didnt do anything
